Orchard Commercial congratulates EastGroup Properties, Inc. on its acquisition of the Tulloch Corporation, the owner of an industrial real estate portfolio located within the San Francisco and Sacramento markets. The portfolio consists of 14 properties totaling over 1.7 million square feet and two land parcels totaling 10.5 acres. The properties are currently 100% leased to 37 tenants with an average remaining lease term of less than 3 years. Orchard is excited to expand its existing relationship with EastGroup with the management of an additional 562,914 square feet of this portfolio, consisting of 6 properties and 17 tenants in the East Bay.
