Orchard has been retained to manage a portfolio of Industrial buildings totaling 562,914 SF in 6 buildings (Oakland, Berkeley, Union City, Livermore and Milpitas) owned by East Group as part of a recent acquisition in northern California.
This expands our existing relationship with East Group to more than 1.6 million SF of assets under management in the Bay Area.
